📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee the kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Train and develop junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present dishes to the satisfaction of customers.,Manage kitchen budgets and optimize food costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Valid food handler's certificate.
