📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of semiconductor operations, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational professionals to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with the overall business strategy.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a must.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
