📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with production teams to plan, schedule, and monitor production activities.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies in the production process.,Monitor production performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and quality.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Understanding of safety regulations and practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
