Prime Seed Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and purity of seeds.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Document and record test results, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.,Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.,Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the laboratory.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Agriculture, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the seed industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with agricultural standards and regulations.,Ability to travel as needed for fieldwork and meetings.
