📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.
  • Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest healthcare practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience with remote healthcare services is a plus.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
