📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate patients' occupational performance to determine rehabilitation goals and objectives.,Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to enhance patients' functional abilities and independence.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients in inpatient rehabilitation and geriatric settings.,Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.,Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and strategies to promote independence and participation in daily activities.,Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices and innovations in occupational therapy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation and geriatric care settings.,Certification as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and guidelines in occupational therapy.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team members.,Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
