In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines.,Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Create engaging and compelling content for our digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Manage and grow our social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the home improvement industry.,Work closely with the sales team to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.,Proven experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
