📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
