📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve our business objectives.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed, and that our team is fully compliant with all relevant regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our team's work aligns with the overall goals of the organization.,Represent the department at meetings with senior management and other stakeholders, as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any relevant changes in our department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
