📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards.,Ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards and meets our quality expectations.,Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that food is prepared and served on time.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.,Assist in managing inventory and ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies.,Train and mentor junior staff members, ensuring that they are up to date with our recipes and standards.,Participate in all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the correct temperature and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Familiarity with various cooking techniques and methods.
