📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements.,Manage and mentor the finance team.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.,Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
