📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Managing the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Leading the financial team and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.,Analyzing financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.,Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Managing relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Overseeing the company's cash flow and liquidity management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a growing company.,Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.,Proven track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting and financial regulations.
