📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and maintaining a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensuring all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitoring fuel consumption and cost efficiency of the fleet.
  • Coordinating with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.
  • Tracking vehicle performance and generating reports for management.
  • Managing vehicle insurance and documentation.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and training of new drivers.
  • Implementing and enforcing company policies related to vehicle usage.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
