As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Handle employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll systems and processes.,Experience in managing employee benefits and training programs is a plus.
