📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Plan and execute employee training and development programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and improving employee satisfaction.
