📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
