📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial records and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and relevant stakeholders.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to financial reporting and auditing.,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing standards is a plus.
