Life Zone Ekspansindo is seeking a motivated and friendly Junior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct inquiries about the company, its services, and facilities.,Handle and manage guest reservations and bookings.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and visits.,Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Promote a positive and professional image of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
