📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and reports.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews.,Prepare and submit financial statements to regulatory bodies.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage and mentor a team of accountants.
