In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and a commitment to fostering a culture of growth and development within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the learning needs of employees.,Identify training needs and develop a training plan to address those needs.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between training programs and business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Monitor and report on the success of training programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
