📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.Manage a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to drive sales and profitability.Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.Ensure that all stores are compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations.Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure that our stores are stocked with the right products and promotions to drive sales.Develop and implement training programs for store managers and staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders to ensure that we are able to source products at competitive prices and maintain a high level of service.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.Proven track record of success in managing a team of store managers and driving sales and profitability.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Familiarity with retail software and systems, including POS, inventory management, and reporting tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
