📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Managing and coordinating with various departments to meet operational goals,Monitoring and maintaining operational systems and processes,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Preparing and presenting operational reports to management,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies,Handling and resolving operational issues and challenges,Ensuring the safety and well-being of staff and equipment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
