📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor laws.
• Manage employee benefits, including insurance and retirement plans.
• Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and external parties as required.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Stay updated on changes in Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by preparing payroll-related documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with payroll software such as SAP or Oracle Payroll.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
