📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up on applications.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
