📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Ability to travel as needed for training sessions and workshops
