📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer expectations and maintain high-quality standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of pastry ingredients.,Collaborate with the culinary team to integrate pastry items into the overall menu.,Participate in menu development and innovation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Ensure timely and accurate preparation of pastry items for service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen setting.,Proven track record of creating and executing high-quality pastry recipes.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
