📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
  • Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve them.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store budget and expenses, ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Promote and participate in store promotions and events.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
