📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of boiler systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the boiler systems.
• Record and maintain detailed logs of boiler operations, including fuel consumption, steam production, and system performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to the boiler systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct safety drills and training sessions for the team to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in shift work as required to ensure continuous operation of the boiler systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Boiler Operator in the agrochemical or energy sector.
• Knowledge of boiler systems, including steam generation, water treatment, and fuel systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards, such as ASME and ISO.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid certification in boiler operation and maintenance, such as NCCER or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different sites as required.
