📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential merchant partners in Sukoharjo and surrounding areas.
• Conduct market research to understand merchant needs and preferences.
• Develop and present compelling merchant acquisition strategies to the management team.
• Negotiate and finalize merchant agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Onboard new merchants, providing them with comprehensive training and support.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to improve their business outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless integration of new merchants into our ecosystem.
• Attend industry events and network with potential merchant partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchant acquisition or business development.
• Proven track record of successful merchant acquisition and partnership growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
