As a Field Collection Specialist in Garut, you'll play a crucial role in our debt recovery process. Every day, you'll visit customer locations to collect payments, explain repayment plans, and provide financial education. You'll use our proprietary collection tools and software to track progress and maintain accurate records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customer locations to collect payments and resolve debt issues
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers and explain financial solutions
• Use Indodana's collection software to track progress and maintain accurate records
• Provide financial education to customers to promote long-term financial health
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local communities
• Report collection activities and performance metrics to the team
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for debt collection
• Assist in training new collection agents as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with financial services and products
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good understanding of local regulations and laws related to debt collection
• Previous experience working in Garut or similar regions is a plus
• Ability to drive a company vehicle (will be provided)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
