Operations Executive - Furniture Trading & Inventory Management

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the furniture trading business, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of furniture products.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional activities and achieve sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, supply chain, or a similar role in the furniture or retail industry.
• Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
