Now expanding our operations in Bali, we are seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Canggu. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our poultry farm, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth. In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, and providing financial reports to management. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide financial reports to management, including monthly financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support the company's growth and decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a poultry or agricultural setting.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with the poultry industry is a plus.
