Tanggung Jawab:
Lead the design of user experiences for Airbnb's international platform, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey for guests and hosts.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality design solutions.Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design.Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of design tools and workflows.Represent Airbnb at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and knowledge with the design community.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs.Familiarity with Airbnb's design principles and values, and a commitment to delivering designs that align with our brand.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
