📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and administer a portfolio of high-value contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate and draft contracts with external parties, ensuring that they are legally sound and aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that contracts are integrated with business processes and strategies.
• Review and analyze contract terms and conditions, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure that all contract documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Provide contract management support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, with a proven track record in managing high-value contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law and regulations.
