In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance team, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial analysis. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to support the company's financial objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance team, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support the company's financial objectives
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and profitability

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS
• Proficient in using financial software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy
