As an HRGA Staff, you'll be at the core of our operations, directly supporting our management team. You'll work closely with our HRIS system, specifically BambooHR, and collaborate with our SAP finance team to streamline our HR processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing employee records, handling payroll queries, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, using Greenhouse and Workday.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems like BambooHR and Workday.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
