📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior auditors in preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct data analysis and identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial records.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and verify financial information, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present audit reports, providing clear and concise explanations of findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations, applying best practices in financial auditing.
• Work with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of audit projects and adherence to deadlines.
• Participate in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in auditing.
• Contribute to team meetings and discussions, sharing insights and supporting colleagues in achieving project goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with Indonesian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
