• Coordinate and manage the transportation of mining materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Monitor and optimize transportation routes to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with drivers, logistics teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of transportation vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards.
• Provide support and guidance to the logistics team to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transportation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Proficient in using transportation management systems (TMS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
• Knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and experience in driving heavy vehicles is a plus.
• Certification in Logistics Management or Transportation Safety is a plus.
