As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our data centers, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and storage systems.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Implement upgrades and improvements to our data center systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of our cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide on-call support to address any critical issues that may arise.
• Document all activities and maintain detailed records for audit purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations and maintenance.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data center hardware, including servers, networking equipment, and storage systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
